PIONEER MEEME FARMER, TOWN OFFICIAL, DEAD
Adam Stein, prominent Meeme farmer and pioneer, member of the town board for many years, died at his home last night following an illness of some weeks.
He was 55 years of age and is survived by his wife and a family of several children. Mr. Stein had recently given up active conduct of his large farm owing to ill health and had turned his interests over to the management of a son. For many years he has been prominent in town official circles, was an active worker and was widely known and popular.
Funeral arrangements will be announced tomorrow.
