Lidvina C. Seipel, age 91 of 919 Wisconsin Ave., died at her home on Saturday, Feb. 17, 2001.
Lidvina was born on April 14, 1909 in Cleveland, a daughter of the late Frank and Barbara (Wolf) Wagner. She attended St. Wendell Catholic School and Sheboygan High school.
In September of 1931, she was united in marriage to Roman Seipel. He preceded her in death on June 9, 1959. She resided in Spring Valley and Osman prior to moving to Oconomowoc, where she was a unit aide at Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital. After her retirement, she moved to Sheboygan.
To Lidvina, her family was very important. Those that survive include a daughter, Marlene (Ron) Jagodinski, Oconomowoc; three sons, Don (Mary) Seipel, East Troy, Ken (Rose Marie) Seipel, Arlington, Tex., and Joe (Suzanne) Seipel, Richmond, Va.; fourteen grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; three sisters, Ceil Mayer, New Holstein, Armella Mayer, North Carolina, Irene (Henry) Herr, Fond du Lac; a brother, Herb Wagner, Sheboygan. She was preceded in death by brothers and sisters.
A funeral service for Lidvina will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 20 at the Novak-Ramm-Ziegler Funeral home. Burial will be in St. Fidelis Cemetery, Spring Valley. Friends may call at the funeral home, 1435 S. 12th St., on Tuesday from 3 p.m. until the time of service.
A memorial fund has been established in Lidvina's name.
