Wilma Leroux Stevens, 94, of Bonne Terre, MO formerly of Doniphan, MO died November 8, 2012 in Farmington, MO.
Mrs. Stevens daughter of the late Arthur & Mary (Crook) Leroux was born May 15, 1918 in Doniphan, MO. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Leroux was a member of Logan Creek General Baptist Church. She was a life time member of the Doniphan VFW Ladies Auxiliary Post # 3485 and she enjoyed Gardening, Quilting and raising flowers.
On May 1, 1944, she was married to Steve Stevens in Philadelphia, PA. He preceded her in death in 1999.
Surviving is daughter: LaDonna Smith and husband Don of Bonne Terre, MO, one sister Jane Diekemper of Doniphan and one brother Dr. Gene Leroux of Doniphan, five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
Mrs. Stevens was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter Rejeana Stevens-Stone, and one sister and three brothers Alta Knowlton, James "Bud" Leroux, Garold Leroux, and Austin Leroux.
Visitation will be from 11 am to 1 pm Saturday November 10th at the Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. Funeral service will be Saturday November 10th , 2012 at 1 PM at the Edwards Funeral Home. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Doniphan.
