She was the daughter of Melvin and Daisy (Holcomb) Moore and had moved to the Grand Lake area in 1994 after retiring from Cessna Aircraft in Wichita, KS. Sandy was a member of the Delaware County Genealogical Society, and spent her last years working on family history. She was a born again Christian and attended the Cayuga Mission Church.
Survivors include, husband, son, stepdaughter, 2 grandchildren Curtis and Morgan, 8 brothers, and one sister.
Memorial services will be held at 3:00 PM, Saturday, December 6, 2008 at the Corner Stone Church, 501 East 13th St, Grove, OK. The body has been taken for cremation and the cremains will be placed in the Florence Cemetery in Florence, KS.
Arrangements are under the direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca, MO. Donations can be made to a church or animal shelter of the donor's choice.
