William Flanery Booth (1881-1960), 78, Arcadia, Fla., died suddenly at 6:30 this morning of a heart attack and was pronounced dead on arrival at a local hospital.
Booth had just gotten off a bus and was on his way to visit Mickey and Douglas Martin, Sunnihites, friends of the family.
A long time resident of Arcadia, Booth was a carpenter by trade.
Surviving are his wife, Dorothy Sue Ella Sayer; three sons, Billy Booth, now serving in the Air Force, Tommy Booth of Miami and another son unidentified; one step-daughter, Mrs. Allen Taylor, Pahokee; and two step-sons, Edward and Wallace Webb of Arcadia.
Funeral arrangements will be announced later by Master’s Funeral Home, upon arrival of the family. ( Palatka Daily News Obituary dtd Wednesday, 10 Feb 1960.)
