She was born on Feb. 7, 1905 in the town of Pierrepont, daughter of Patrick and Ella Sullivan O'Leary. She attended Sand Hill rural school. After leaving the homestead farm on the Butternut Ridge Road, she and her mother resided in Potsdam for many years. She was a communicant of St. Mary's Church in Potsdam, and a longtime member of its Altar and Rosary Society.
Surviving are two brothers, Charles J., St. Petersburg, Va., and Harold G., Winterhaven, FL.; a sister, Mrs. Emmett (Anne) O'Brien, Waterman Hill, Canton; several nieces and nephews.
Burial was made in St. Mary's Cemetery in Potsdam.
