CYLDE R. MELVIN, BEDFORD
Graveside services for Clyde R. Melvin, Bedford, who died Monday at his home of a heart attack, were conducted yesterday afternoon at the Hopkins cemetery. Funeral services were held at the Baptist church in Bedford, conducted by the Rev. Fred H. Cowles.
Mr. Melvin was born July 2, 1882 at Bedford, and was married July 2, 1905, to Emma Rogers, who survives.
Soon after their marriage, Mr. and Mrs. Melvin moved to Hopkins and lived there until 1938 when they moved to Bedford. Mr. Melvin was a retired farmer and carepoter.
