Clay Center, Ks, June 25 - John H Russell a Clay Center lawyer died last night of heart disease at the home of his father in Clay Center, where he was visiting. Mr Russell served two terms as county attorney of Clay County, having been one of the first Republican candidates to break the Populist majoritiem in Clay County twenty years ago. [This appeared June 25, 1921 in the Kansas City Star, Kansas City, Mo.] His parents David and Sallie, nee Hair, Russell, and brothers Alex.R are also buried there.
