Evelyn Brase Earnhart, at age 90, passed away on Sunday, November 4, 2012, after a joyful and fulfilling life to be with our Lord.

A lifetime resident of Fresno, Evelyn was born on July 10, 1922, to John David and Anna Brase. In the 1930s,

Evelyn was a member of the original Mickey Mouse Club on KMJ Radio and later a star of the local radio show, "Songs by Evelyn."

She continued to perform during her college years at California State University, Fresno.

She was a devoted mother and grandmother, known to entertain in her kitchen holding a strong cup of coffee.

She always enjoyed the fall season, especially the changing autumn leaves.

She doted on her many cats and dog, Annie.

Many thanks to the staff and friends at Pacific Gardens for their attentive, loving care and friendship to Evelyn and her family.

She is preceded in death by Clayton Earnhart, her beloved husband. They were married for 60 years.

She is also preceded by her siblings George, Dave, Al, Richard, and Roy Brase and sister, Helen Steinhauer. Evelyn's warmth will be greatly missed by her friends and family.

She is survived by her daughters, Diane Earnhart, Linda Esmay and her husband Jerry; her son, Michael Earnhart and his wife Kathy; her grandchildren Roger and Meredith Murillo, Adam and Leanne Esmay, Steven Earnhart, Todd and Hillary Earnhart, Jennifer and Ryan Taylor; and great-grandchildren, Nolan and Reese Esmay, and Ellie Murillo.
