Best Popi Ever! Proud Teacher in White Bear Schools & lifelong Volunteer. Devoted husband of Jean of White Bear Lake. Proud father to daughters: Paige (Steve) Lee of North Branch; Jana (Steve Erickson) Schissel of Linwood & Emily (Ed) Cox of WBL. Adored grandchildren: Eddie; Cole; Margaret; Kate & Conner.
Siblings: Jim (Heile) Schissel of CO; Rick (Barbara) Schissel of Minnetonka; Bette (Frank) Sack of Mpls.; Mary (Bob) Paymar of Mpls; & Jane (Joe) Sockalosky of Stillwater. Also survived by Jean's siblings, John Frederickson, Kay (Jerry) Longdahl, Donna Frederickson & Will (Wendy) Frederickson as well as many nieces & nephews.
Preceded in death by parents Helen & John a brother Tom and brother in law Bob.
A celebration of Bill's life will be held at the White Bear Armory, THURSDAY, October 1st at 7 PM. Visitation one hour prior to celebration. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to support area youth: the White Bear Area Educational Foundation; White Bear High School Alpine Ski Team or North Branch Area Hockey Arena Fund.
