"James Ernest Breece
Services for James Ernest Breece, 78, of Lyles, a retired carpenter, who died Tuesday morning at Hickman County Hospital, after spending five years in the county nursing home, were to be held at Taylor Funeral Home, Dickson this afternoon (Thursday) at 1 p. m.
Mr. Breece, a native of Hickman County, was a son of the late James and Laura Veasy [sic] Breece.
Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Mildred Fay Stinson, Fairview, Mrs. Ilda Mae McFarlin, Nashville, Mrs. Rachel Bass, Hendersonville and Mrs. Carolyn King, Centerville; three sons, Elbert Wayne Breece, Lyles, Claude Breece, Nunnelly, and Don R. Breece, Centerville; a sister, Mrs. Bessie Barber, Coble, 23 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren." (end transcription-hmh)
