Roy Ferdinand Blackburn, 49, of Tucson, Ariz. and formerly of Vina, died Saturday morning at the University of Arizona Research Hospital in Tucson, Ariz.
A native of Alabama, he was a retired diver in the United States Navy and was a member of the Pentecostal Church of God.
Services were held Wednesday afternoon from the 10-Acre-Field Church of God with the Rev. Morris Mills officiating.
Burial followed in Halltown Cemetery with Dean Deaton funeral Home of Red Bay directing.
