Leo M. Bosse, 97, died Saturday October 20, 2012 at his home surrounded by his family.

He was born on September 20, 1915 in Dover, the son of Isidore and Marie Louise Bosse, and has resided in Dover all of his life. He graduated from St. Charles School and Dover High School. Leo was a devoted and loving husband, father, Pepere, and provider. He accomplished all of his life goals and lived with no regrets.

Leo was a man of great character and had an endearing sense of humor. He was able to fix anything and loved working on home improvement projects, his yard, and his garden. He built his family's camp in Milton, and it was a labor of love. His greatest pride and joy was watching his family enjoy every summer there for over two decades. Leo spent 40 wonderful years living in a home he built on the Piscataqua River on Dover Point.

For many years, he and his wife enjoyed travel and wintering in Florida and Arizona.
He was a life-long member of St. Charles Church where, for a time, he served as Church Council President.

Prior to his retirement in 1974 he was a Mechanical Engineer, P.E. at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. He was a member of the National Association of Retired Federal Employees.
