Obituary from the Weston Democrat Friday September 3, 1915: Mrs. Sarah Kemper of Churchville, died Saturday last of paralysis, aged 70 years. She had been afflicted with the disease for more than a year and her death was not unexpected. She leaves two daughters, Mrs. June Bailey and Miss Dotia White, both born to a former union, and a brother and sister, Mr. Smith V. Woofter of Trubada, and Mrs. Douglass of Camden.
