Jennie B. Graham, 84, Topeka, passed away November 5, 2012, at Aldersgate Village. She was born May 18, 1928, in Jackson, MS, the daughter of Virgil and Vontice Harvey Turner.

Jennie was a graduate of Central High in Memphis, TN. She worked as a telephone operator at AT&T for many years.

On June 16, 1958, in Lyndon, KS, Jennie married John Graham. He preceded her in death on July 25, 1999.

Jennie is survived by daughter, Joni Curtis; brother, Andrew (Cynnie) Turner; sister, Patricia (Bruce) Robertson; grandchildren, Jennifer, Amy, and Timothy; great-grandchild, Gaige; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John; and sister, Emma Jean Herbel.

Graveside service will be at 10:00 a.m., Friday, November 9, 2012, at Mount Hope Cemetery, 4700 SW 17th St., Topeka. Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Thursday at Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave., Topeka.
