Tommy Bonner, 41, of Moss Lake, Texas, died Oct. 24, 2012. "His four-wheeler (Razor) was found at the top of an 80-foot climb," Cooke County Justice of the Peace Dorothy Lewis said Friday (10/26/2012). "How he got there is still under investigation." Gainesville Daily Register (newspaper), Sunday, October 28, 2012, front page. Tommy's body was found at the bottom of "Widow-Maker Hill" by his friend, Ronnie Vieth, brother-in-law, Tony Voth, and sister, Sherie Ann (Bonner) Sampson Voth. His death was officially declared an accident.

Mass of Christian Burial was held Oct. 29, 2012, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Muenster, Texas, with the Rev. Ken Robinson and the Rev. Ray McDaniel celebrating. Burial was in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Muenster, Texas. Arrangements were under the direction of the McCoy Funeral Home of Muenster. Pallbearers were friends: Scott Green, Andrew Yosten (1st cousin), Phillip Reiter, Bobby Carpenter, Terrell Grewing and Josh McCoy. Honorary Pallbearers were Clint Corbin and Ronnie Vieth.

Tommy Bonner was born on April 20, 1971, in Gainesville, Texas, to Edward Thomas "Tom" Bonner and Kathleen Louise "Kathy" (Yosten) Bonner. He enjoyed making people laugh, spending time with his friends and family, spending time outdoors, riding his mountain bike, hiking, wakeboarding, snowboarding, skateboarding and spending time at the lake camping with his family.

Tommy Bonner is survived by his wife, Amanda Bonner; daughter, Elizabeth "Lizzy" Gunnell Hicks; son, Christian Bonner; parents, Tom and Kathy Bonner; sisters and brothers- in-law, Amy and Darrin Smith and Sherie and Tony Voth; his daughter's adoptive parents; his son's mother, Paula Conner; nephews: Seth Sampson, Ethan Voth, Matthew Smith and Brandon Smith; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Edward Franklin "Ed" Bonner and Nanny Mae (Kelley) Bonner; and Henry William Yosten and Mildred Irene (Wiesman) Yosten; and uncle, Henry Francis "Hank" Yosten.
