Jeffrey Wayne Fields was born Aug. 1, 1971, in Bluefield, W. Va. He died in a car accident Nov. 4, 2004. Jeffrey was preceded in death by his Grandfather Lomer Francis Mabe and Cousin, Jennifer Lynn Mabe. Surviving are his Mother, Cheryl Beth Mabe Fields and his adopted Father, Donald E. Fields, his wife April, and two children. Also, surviving are his Grandmother, Sally Jane Ruth Mullin Mabe, his sister, Kelli Leigh, Grandparents, Arthur and Maxine Bailey Fields, several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
