Michael "Miguel", a native of Pasadena, California and former resident of Soquel, California; passed away at his home in Santa Cruz, New Mexico. He was predeceased by his parents Charles Hamilton Gould and Evelyn Mae (Larson) Gould; and brother William Gould.

Michael was survived by siblings: Connie (Weimar) of Concord, California; Patricia (Allen) of Orofino, Idaho; Charles Gould of Guthrie, Oklahoma; Gerald Gould of Atascadero, California; John Gould of Monrovia, California. Michael was also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews who all loved their "Uncle Mike". Miguel also leaves behind a special "Love Bug" of many years, Claire Allison of Aptos, California.

Michael grew up in Monrovia, California where he attended Wildrose Elementary, Clifton Jr. High and Monrovia High School. He joined the U.S. Army as a teenager and served with pride. After his discharged from the Army he joined the Peace Corps and served in Guatemala for many years teaching the art of Landscaping to the Guatemalans. His Peace Corp family was so important to him and he cherished those friendships dearly. Michael lived in Santa Cruz for over 20 years and did what he loved doing…working and teaching the art of Landscaping. Michael worked for Central Coast Landscaping Company in Soquel, California and his CCL family was so special to him for all those years. He enjoyed his time at "The Cube" with his local friends watching and listening to the Ocean sounds while enjoying a good "Beer".

Michael will be missed dearly by all those who knew him and were touched by his giggles and finger snap/hand slaps. In honor of Michael/Miguel…"GO GIANTS!"
