Julia L. Clements, Caledonia/Churchville, 93, died April 25, 2005 at the Livingston County Skilled Nursing Facility in Geneseo. The daughter of Edward and Ella Williams, Julia was born Jan. 22, 1912 in Mt. Morris. Mrs. Clements retired from General Motors in Rochester as a supervisor. She was a member of the York United Presbyterian Church and the Western Square Dance Club. She is survived by her children, Julia (George) Straub of Wyoming, N.Y., Melvin "Bud" (Mary) Clements of Caledonia, Truman (Neva) Clements of Lyndonville, N.Y. and Palm Harbor, Fla., Blair (Linda) Clements of Madisonville, Tenn., Barbara Mason of Ticonderoga, N.Y., Gladys (Gordon Henry) Keenan of Caledonia; 26 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; her sisters, Florence Carney, Gladys Yates and twin sister, Janet Clements, predecease Julia. Friends may attend her Memorial Service, Monday, May 16 at 11 a.m. at the York United Presbyterian Church, 2662 Main St. in York. Memorials may be made to the Church.
