Molly A. Hale, 81, Duncansville, died Saturday at Altoona Regional.
She was born in Bellefonte, daughter of the late Edward and Nellie (Curry) McCulley. She married Paul "Pete" Hale, who preceded her in death.
Surviving are three daughters: Linda Brown of Duncansville, Susan Vaughn in Tennessee and Kathy Hale of Altoona; a son, Michael Vaughn of Duncansville; 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; a great-great-granddaughter; two sisters: Delores McCulley of Altoona and Nancy Dick of Linds Crossing; four brothers: Leonard McCulley of Cape Coral, Fla., Edward McCulley of Duncansville, Thomas McCulley of Canton, Ga., and Charles McCulley of Altoona; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two sisters: Jane and Shirley; and two brothers: John and Joseph.
Molly was a homemaker and enjoyed her home and grandchildren. She was a former member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Wheaton, Md.
Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2012, at The Good Funeral Home Inc., Alto-Reste Park Cemetery, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012, the Rev. Charles Baughman officiating. Interment will be at Alto-Reste Park Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Vincent DePaul Food for Families Soup Kitchen.
