David L. Doyle, 89, of Big Spring, died Monday, November 05, 2012 at Lamun-Lusk-Sanchez Texas State Veterans Home.

Graveside services with Military Honors will be held at 11:15 AM, Thursday, November 8, 2012 at DFW National Cemetery in Dallas, Texas.

He was born November 19, 1922 in Oneida, Kentucky to Mary Jane (Abner) and Lee Doyle.

He married Vada Ruth Browning on October 2, 1962 in Weatherford, Texas. She preceded him in death on November 4, 2005.

He was a veteran of the United States Army and Air Force serving during World War II and in Korea. He retired as a Sargent after 20 years of service.

He has been a resident of Big Spring since 1973.

He ran a café in the Bus Station.

He was a member of Baptist Temple Church.

He is survived by two sons: Brad Browning of Greenville and Randy Browning of Palestine; three daughters: Debbie Johnson of Ormand Beach, FL, Shannon Creswell and Kelly Reitzer, both of Big Spring; three grandsons: Brian Browning and Derek Browning, both of Greenville and Seth Minter of Alabama; one granddaughter Katie Creswell of Big Spring and five great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by one daughter Jackie Doyle and by nine brothers and sisters.
