Ernest R. Robertson, in Taunton, Oct. 19, 2012, age 90, formerly of Stoughton.

Beloved husband of 65 years to Pearl (Finney) Robertson.

Son of the late Ernest C. and Sarah (Murray) Robertson. Loving father of Bruce M. Robertson of New Bedford, Donna J. Flaherty and her husband Edward of Abington, and Diane Ochotsky of Encinitas, CA. Brother of the late Thomas, Harry, Malcom, and Freddy Robertson. Grandfather of Bryan Flaherty, Meaghen Chapin, Kerry Flaherty, and Jaime Robertson. Great-grandfather of Makenzie Chapin.

Ernest was a retired manager from Stop and Shop after forty five years of service, an active member of the Covenant Congregational Church of North Easton, a Veteran on W.W.ll U.S. Army, and a resident of Stoughton for fifty years before moving to Taunton.

Visiting hours will be held from the Covenant Congregational Church 204 Center St. No. Easton on Monday 4-7 p.m. Services will be held from the Church on Tuesday morning at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend. Internment Dry Pond Cemetery, Stoughton.

In liieu of flowers donations may be made in Ernest's memory to Covenant Congregational Church Tiny Tots Program 204 Center St. No. Easton, MA02356.
