Annie Clifford HAYNES, age 96, of Wilmington, IL, formerly of Goreville, IL passed away Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at Morris Hospital in Morris, IL. Born April 4, 1917 in Guntown, Mississippi to the late Foster and Lucille (Stovall) Webb.

Former member of the Island City Baptist Church and the Quilting Club in Wilmington IL. Previously employed part-time at Wave Lengths in Wilmington. She had many hobbies such as; playing cards, cooking, baking, and most importantly, tending to her violets. In her spare time she also loved to read.

Surviving are three children, Ted (Sandy) Haynes of Brownstown, MI, Carol (Roy) Sammons of Braidwood, IL, and Bob (JoAnn) Haynes of Lake Wales, FL; nine grandchildren, Patricia (John) Sholtz, Barbara (Russ) Polly, Janice (Michael) Foote, Elizabeth (Dave) Ball, Suzanne (Charles) Wager, Amy (Jim) Williams, Roy (Jolynn) Sammons, Rob Haynes, and John (Kelly) Haynes; eleven great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren; special friends, Suzanne Senift, Denise Meyers, Connie Norman, and Millie Bumpous; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Tate Alexander Haynes; and one great-grandson, Michael J. Foote, Sr.

Cremation rites have been accorded. Graveside services will be held at a later date. Burial New Friendship Cemetery in Henderson TN.
