Don retired from the Sanitation Department with the City of Ashland and was a well-known professional painter in the area. Don attended the Catlettsburg Church of God and was also of the Pentecostal faith.
Those left to cherish his memory include his son Tim Fraley and wife Sabrina of Flatwoods, daughter Donna Fraley Minton and husband Scott of Ashland, brothers Tim Fraley of Westwood, Billy Fraley of North Carolina, Ray Fraley of Denver, CO, Chuck (Sharon) Fraley of Denver, CO, sister Nora June of Louisville, KY, ten grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.
Graveside services will be held 1:00pm Monday, March 25, 2019 at the Ashland Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel by Edgar Nethercutt. Burial will follow the service.
Visitation will be Monday from 11:30am-12:45pm at the Steen Funeral Home Central Avenue Chapel.
