An estate notice names Charles Mankin's widow and administratrix as Elizabeth. Some researchers have suggested that he married a Mary "Polly" Vowell. Possibly both are correct. A Mary Vowell, of age to have been Charles's first wife, is buried in this cemetery. Elizabeth's maiden name is unknown.
