Walnut - DELORIS M. HAMBY, 72, formerly of Memphis, TN passed away on Thursday January 19, 2006. She is preceded in death by her son, Randy Hamby and her granddaughter, Tracy M. Goodwin. She leaves her husband, Auldin Hamby, Sr. of Walnut; two daughters, Cathy Goodwin of Collierville, TN and Sandy Miller of Lakeland, TN; three sons, Auldin Hamby, Jr. of Lexington, KY, Larry Hamby of Columbus, OH, and Donald Hamby of Memphis, TN; one brother, Bayless O. Wheeler of Piperton, TN; her grandsons, Larry Reed Hamby, Jr, Jonathan Miller, Christopher Miller, Matthew Hamby, Brian Hamby, Nicholas Hamby, Alexander Hamby; granddaughters, Kelly Goodwin, Sarah Hamby, Kimberly Hamby, Jasmine Hamby; and a great-granddaughter, Abigail Goodwin. Mrs. Hamby was retired from the Internal Revenue Service and had been a Real Estate Associate with Dan Stewart and Pyramid Realtors. Visitation will be Sunday January 22, 2006 from 2:00 p.m. To 4:00 p.m. at Forest Hill Funeral Home Midtown. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday January 23.
