Ramon M. Cordova, beloved father and grandfather, passed away at his home Saturday, May 12, 2007 at the age of 89, with his devoted wife, Elena, and his family at his side.

Ramon worked at the Hanford Site in Richland for many years. He was a devoted member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Kennewick. He was a member of St. Vincent De Paul and the Crucillo Movement.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dario and Ignacia; brothers, Francisco and Manuel; and sister, Celia.

He is survived by his wife, Elena; son, Ramon and Viola Mata of Kennewick; brothers, Roman and Tino of Phoenix, AZ, and Lorenzo of California; sister, Mary Tommy and Concha of Phoenix, AZ; and his grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Public viewing will be held on Wednesday, May 16, 2007 from 12:00-8:00PM at Mueller's Chapel of the Falls, 314 W. 1st Ave, Kennewick, WA, with the Recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 PM.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, May 17, 2007 at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 520 S. Garfield in Kennewick. Burial will follow at Desert Lawn Memorial Park in Kennewick.
