GAINESBORO — Graveside services for Zelma Ann Phillips, 95, of Trotwood, Ohio, formerly of Jackson County, will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 6, at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Jackson County.

The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until noon on Tuesday, Nov. 6, at Anderson-Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro.

Ms. Phillips passed away on Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012, in Trotwood, Ohio. She was born March 23, 1917 in Jackson County, Tennessee.

She was preceded in death by her husband and 2 Daughters: Jannette Potter and Helen Phillips; 1 Son-in-Law: Claude Hix; and 1 Daughter-in-Law: Mary Phillips.
