Jean M. (Daddario) Capobianco, age 87, a longtime resident of Framingham, died Thursday, November 1, 2012 at the Metrowest Medical Center, Framingham. She was the wife of the late Edward F. Capobianco who died in 2003 and the mother of the late Michael Capobianco who died in 2005. Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Katherine and Angelo Quinzani. She was a graduate of Framingham High School class of 1942 and just celebrated her 70th reunion. After graduating from Carney School of Nursing, Mrs. Capobianco proudly served in the Army Cadet Nurse Corps, working with paraplegic patients at Cushing Hospital. After raising her family, she worked as an industrial nurse at General Motors and as a Registered Nurse and Quality Assurance Coordinator at Bethany Healthcare Center in Framingham. She was a member of the St. Stephen Mother's Guild and the American Nurses Association. She enjoyed studying Framingham history, foreign languages and writing poetry to share with family and friends. But most of all she loved spending time with her family. She is survived by her children, Patricia Capobianco and her husband David Waters and Carol Capobianco-Wolf; five grandchildren, Stacey Lougee and her husband Wayne, Amy Capobianco, Alex Wolf, Madeline and Ava Waters and two great-grandchildren, Abby and Connor Lougee. She is also survived by her brother Robert Quinzani and his wife Gloria, brother-in-law Donald Capobianco and his wife Joyce, sister-in-law, Frances Capobianco, her good friend Paula Murphy, many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral on Monday, November 5, at 9 AM from the Norton Funeral Home, 53 Beech St, (Corner of Union Ave.) Framingham followed by a funeral Mass at 10 AM in St. Stephen's Church, 251 Concord St. (Rt. 126), and Framingham. Burial will follow in St. Stephen Cemetery, Framingham. Visiting hours at the funeral home will be Sunday from 2 - 6 PM. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, P.O. Box 4527, New York, NY 10163.
