Obituary of Marie Ree Cook Klonoski

Pascagoula, MS ~ Marie Ree Cook Klonoski, 74 of Pascagoula/Gautier passed away on November 2, 2012 after a lengthy illness. Marie was born in Silver Springs, MD and was a devoted military wife who had considered South Mississippi her home since 1975. Marie was a longtime member of the Fraternal Order of Woodmen of the World and enjoyed time with her family and watching her New York Yankees.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Richard J. Klonoski (Retired USMC CW02); daughter Krystal Kay Klonoski; and brother Phillip Cook.

She is survived by and will be greatly missed by her daughters Karen (Bobby) Logan, Karla (David) Dickens, Katherine Klonoski, Kelly Klonoski; grandchildren Joseph Shane Logan, Krista Logan, Joshua Dickens, Eric Dickens, Madison Lavinghouse; great grandchildren Jovin and Lillie Logan; sisters Lenore (Pat) Cribbin, Ethel Leibrand, Doris Sorrels, Nora Warner; brother Eddie Cook; sisters in law Annie Gardo and Christine Wickizer.

Visitation will be Monday November 5, 2012 from 10-11:00AM at Heritage Funeral Home in Escatawpa. Services will begin at 11:00AM in the Chapel at Heritage Funeral Home with Rev. Dennis Ryan officiating. Graveside services will follow at Machpelah Cemetery.

Heritage Funeral Home in Escatawpa/Moss Point is in charge of Mrs. Klonoski's arrangements. Published in The Sun Herald on November 4, 2012
