SPRINGFIELD — An informal gathering for a prayer and balloon release ceremony will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 8, at Northwood Christian Church in Springfield for Corinth "Connie" Cooper of Springfield, who died Oct. 30 of age-related causes. She was 84.
She was born Aug. 16, 1928, in Los Angeles. She married Ivan P. Cooper on Oct. 6, 1946. He died previously.
Survivors include a daughter, Jean Petersen.
Private burial will be at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland.
Arrangements by Andreason's Cremation & Burial Service. Remembrances to Sacred Heart Hospice or Northwood Church.
