Mr. Eugene M Shaffer, 79, died at his residence in Apopka Monday morning after a few weeks illness.

Mr. Shaffer moved to APopka some 22 years ago from Sanford, Maine.

He is survived by his widow, Mrs. ANnie Shaffer, three daughters, Mrs. Katherine Fogelstrom and Mrs. Abbie Brooks of Sanford, Maine, and Mrs. Barbara Grower of Lake Worth, Fla., and one son Harry G. Shaffer of Sanford, Maine.

Services at 2 P.M. Wednesday from the Carey Hand Chapel. The body will be sent to Sanford, Maine, for interment.
