Harold Melvin Cook, 813 Hess Lane, Phoenix, died Tuesday, Sept. 21st, 1971 in Lee Memorial Hospital shortly after being admitted.

Born in Baldwinsville, he resided in Phoenix for 44 years.

He was a papermaker at the North End Paper Co., Fulton.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Reba Manwarren Cook; three daughters, Mrs. Phyllis McDougall, Mrs. Barbara Littebrant and Mrs. Donna Bush of Phoenix; four sons, Francis of Riverside, Calif.; Allen of Fulton, Gene of Phoenix; and William Cook serving with the U.S. Navy in Scotland; 13 grandchildren; his mother, Mrs. Lena Cook of Syracuse; one sister Mrs. Lola Sullivan of Syracuse; three brothers, Daniel of LaFayette, Kenneth of Boston, Mass., and Ronald Cook of Syracuse.

Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 24th at the Allanson-Glanville Tappan Funeral Home, Main St., Phoenix with interment in Chase Cemetery.
