REGINA LEADER POST:

BROWNLESS--JAMES HENRY passed away peacefully in his sleep on Saturday, August 24, 2002. He was predeceased by his wife Idella in 1985. Jim was born in Darlington, County of Durham, England on November 4, 1906. He came to Canada in 1926. Jim served in World War II, 1st CORPS Ammunition Park, RCASC, in Canada, United Kingdom and Continental Europe. He returned to civil life in 1945. Jim was an employee of the Leader Post for over 30 years, serving during the course of that time as Building Foreman. He retired in 1971. Jim will be remembered for his great kindness and thoughtful consideration of friends and neighbors. A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, August 30, 2002 at 2:00 P.M. in Riverside Memorial Park with Captain Bruce MacKenzie officiating. Arrangements entrusted to the HELMSING FUNERAL CHAPEL, Regina. (522-7678).
