Carmella (Romanello) San Marco, 77, of West Harrison, NY, died on April 19, 2005. Her courage and will to live during her lengthy illness was an inspiration to all who knew and loved her. Born in Port Chester, NY to Vita (Carerio) and Leonard Romanello on March 8, 1928, she was the youngest of eight children. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 53 years, Joseph A., whom she married on September 14, 1947. She is survived by her two beloved children: son, Joseph, Jr. and daughter, Barbara (Marco) Bisceglia. She was lovingly called Nana by her eight adoring grandchildren: C. Scott (Karen) Lent, Alison (Nathan) Jones, Joseph San Marco III, Audrey Lent, Anthony San Marco, Chad Lent, Sofia San Marco, and Anna San Marco. She is also survived by her brother, William (Nancy) Romanello, her brother-in-law John Buonsante, and sisters-in-law Mary Ann (Frank) Alagno and Elda San Marco. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Visitation Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 pm at McMahon, Lyon & Hartnett Funeral Home. Mass, Friday, 10 am, at St. Anthony of Padua Church. Interment, Mt.
