Rhea Marie Chapman Edwards
ALBANY — Rhea Marie Chapman Edwards, 59, died Tuesday, February 11, 2003, at
her residence.
The funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at Crown Hill Cemetery.
A native of Bainbridge, GA, Mrs. Edwards had lived in Albany for the past 30
years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry D. Edwards. Mrs. Edwards
was a member of Barwick Baptist Church in Barwick, GA. She was a loving mother
and a homemaker.
Survivors include, five sons, Dennis Edwards of Sylvester, Carl Walton of
Albany, Richard Edwards of Warner Robins, Michael Edwards of Alachua, FL, and
Larry Edwards Jr. of Tullahmoa, TN; her mother, Lillian Chapman of Barwick; a
brother, Harlan Chapman of Gainsville; three sisters, Patty Sumner of
Thomasville, Anna Bell Gladney of Thomasville and Mary Nell Bellew of Oneonta,
AL; and three grandchildren.
