OBITUARY:
"Montpelier, Ind. - Myron E. Whybrew, 61, died 06 Nov 1968 in Ball Memorial Hospital, Muncie. Mr. Whybrew retired in 1984 after 30 yrs with the Postal Service, the last 10 of which were spent as Montpelier postmaster. He also had served as chief of the Montpeier Fire Department and was a member of the Montpelier volunteer emergency medical service, Montpelier Chamber of Commerce, and Peasantdale United Methodist Church. He was an Army veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Rosemond Dearduff Whybrew; two daughters, Linda (Mrs. Michael) Shewalter, Montpelier, and Kathy (Mrs. Gary) Goodspeed, Hartford City; a brother, John, Eaton, and four grandchildren. Burial was in Gardens of Memory, Muncie. Memorials could be made to the Cancer Society or Pleasantdale United Methodist Church.
