Flora was the daughter of the late Arthur and Anna Economides Athanason and widow of George L. Boudoucies. She was a homemaker and member of St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral. She passed away on March 27, 1994 at an adult convalescent home in Palm Harbor, Florida.

She was survived by three sons, Ignace G. Boudoucies from Atlanta, Georgia, Arthur G. Boudoucies from Jonesboro, Arkansas, John A. Boudoucies from Greenville, South Carolina; three daughters, Mrs. Anna Gossett from Greenville, South Carolina, Mrs. Rosemarie Kanos from Tarpon Springs, Florida, Mrs. Georgia Beardslee from Capitola, California; one brother, Col. Frank Athanason from Washington, D.C.; three sisters, Mrs. Diana Stathakis from Greenville, South Carolina, Mrs. Virginia Theodorou from Clearwater, Florida and Mrs. Irene Tsourakis from Tarpon Springs, Florida.

Services were held at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral on Thursday at 2.p.m with internment in Cycadia Cemetery.
