Rosemaire Oiler Coe, 65, of Parkersburg, WV passed away peacefully in her sleep on November 2, 2010. She was born on April 7, 1946 in Parkersburg, WV the daughter of the late Harry A. Oiler, Sr. and Norma Eaton Oiler.

After a brief employment at Demuth Glass Works, she followed her dream to become a nurse. She retired from Camden Clark Hospital after over thirty years of working in labor and delivery. She lovingly helped deliver hundreds of babies. She said, "If you work long enough somewhere, people come up with ideas about how things can be improved" and the following was one of her ideas. She had a patent earned awarded her from the U. S. Patent Office for a blood collection funnel she developed to help in collecting chord blood samples. Rose had a heart for service and continued working as a part-time travel nurse after retirement. Rose was an excellent cook and seamstress. She loved to travel to new places, but her greatest love was her children and grandchildren. They were always in her heart and prayers. Her faith was most important to her and she attended Chesterville United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her husband of thirty-five years Roger (Bud) Coe; two sisters Charlotte Hardman (George) of Marietta, OH and Sue Dowse (Doyle) of Comstock, NE; a brother Harry Oiler (Donna) of Parkersburg; two sons Roger Coe (Darla) of Mineral Wells, WV and David Oiler of Rock Hill, SC; a daughter Jennifer Oiler-Boujlil of Charlotte, NC; six grandchildren Alixandria Oiler, Ian Oiler, Igan Oiler, Devan Coe, Haylee Coe, and Londan Rickard; a great granddaughter Lilah Oiler; and several aunts, nieces, and nephews.
