Manford White, 72, Forest, died yesterday (February 6, 1979) at St. Joseph's Hospital in Kokomo.

Born August 15, 1906, in Kewanna, he was the son of Henry and Dean (Warden) White. He was married February 24, 1940 to Gladys Reppert, and she survives.

Mr. White lived in Russiaville and Forest areas most of his life. He was self employed.

Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Dale (Marie) Moore of Peru rt. 2; a brother, Harry of Frankfort; and five grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Stout Funeral Home, Russiaville, with the Rev. Michael Tarner officiating. Burial will be in Whiteman Cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. tomorrow.
