Mrs. Elizabeth Lounell Humphreys, 59, of Pine Ridge Road, Franklin, Ga. died Friday, July 20, 2001 at Emory Peachtree Regional Hospital.
Born February 1, 1942 in Newnan, Mrs. Humphreys was a homemaker.
Visitation was Sunday evening from 6-9 p.m. at McKoon Funeral Home.
A funeral was Monday, July 23, at 2 p.m. at the funeral home's chapel. Rev. Paul Stitcher and Dr. Melvin Payne were officiating.
Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers were Glen Crum, David Abernathy, David Smith, Buddy Hammond, Matt Hammond and Jimmy Mills; Honorary pallbearers were Tony Sullivan and Aaron Massey.
Survivors include husband William C. "Billy" Humphreys of Franklin; and two sisters, Gloria Dominick of Newnan and Charlotte Wallace of Franklin.
