Her husband of 73 years, Byron Benson preceded her in death in 2005.
Surviving is her daughter, Becky Roe of Alpharetta; granddaughter, Stacey Levantis and her husband, Stamatis of Woodstock and three great grandchildren, Sophia, Alexa and Nicholas James.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 4, at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Rev. Larry Eubanks, Rev. Johnny Purcell and Rev. Monroe Gunter officiating. Interment Alpharetta City Cemetery.
