Karen Edwards Stephens, age 50, of Watkinsville, died on Wednesday, October 31, 2012.
Mrs. Stephens was the daughter of Jerry Edwards and Barbara Mulkey Edwards, and had previously worked with Oconee County Primary School as a paraprofessional.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Denny Stephens. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sons, Matt (Megan), Chase (Victoria), and Nick (Nicole); brothers, Ken and Keith Edwards; mother-in-law, Jenny Stephens; and grandchildren, Hudson and Audrey Stephens.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Friday, November 2, at the funeral home.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, November 3, at Grace Fellowship Church. Burial will follow at Oconee Memorial Park.
