Celebrate 50th Anniversary
Mr. and Mrs. Peter Boron, of 12th?/17th? st., EXT., celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Feb 12? at a dinner at their home at 12....
Mr. and Mrs. Boron were married in 1885 in St. Mary's church by the Rev. James Kuhn. Mrs. Boron...is the daughter of the late Severine and Margaret Hoke, of West Brookfield. She was born in Brookfield in 1864,...lived in this vicinity all her life. Mr. Boron was born in 1863 in Michigan and came to Ohio at the age of three months. He is the son of the late Frank and A--- Boron. He has spent practically all his life in this vicinity.
They have seven children, six of whom survive: Herman, Severine and Andrew Boron, and Mrs. Alvin Fasnacht, of Massillon; Mrs. Fred Kohen?, of Bowdil; Mrs. Leo M--- of Beach Grove.....

Mrs. Amelia Boron, 77, of Hankins rd, R.D. 4, Massillon, died Friday night at her residence after a lingering illness. Three sons--Herman Boron of Massillon, and Andrew and Severine Boron of Perry township; and Mrs. Leo M--eiser of Beech Grove; a brother Theodore Hoke of Massillon; a sister Mrs. John Haag of Cleveland; 21 grandchildren and two great-granchildren survive. Mrs. Boron was the widow of the late Peter J. Boron. She was a life resident of Massillon and vicinity. She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic church.
The funeral will be held Tuesday at --- am at St. Joseph's Catholic church. A solemn requiem high mass will be sung with the Rev. Owen L. Gallagher as celebrant, the Rev. William Fitzgerald as deacon, and the Rev. Joseph L. Reichlin as sub-deacon. Interment will be made in St. Joseph's cemetery. The body was removed to the residence Sunday morning from the Paquelet funeral home.
