Kathleen Kehoe Turner, 90, of East Brunswick, NJ passed away peacefully Saturday morning, October 27, 2012. She joins in eternal rest her husband, John E. (Jack) Turner, Jr., her granddaughter, Elaine Marie Turner Quinones, and her parents James and Honora Kehoe.

Kathleen was born in New Brunswick in 1922, attended St. Peter's Elementary and High Schools, graduating from the latter in 1941. She remained active with her graduating class throughout her life, and received the Monsignor James A. Harding Medal for Community Service in 2002. She was a member of Our Lady of Peace in North Brunswick for over 55 years, and was an inductee into the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulcher.

Kathleen - "Katchie" to her friends and family -- had an active and varied life. In addition to raising 7 children, she worked for almost 40 years in the residential real estate business. In 1978, she founded Turner & Kehoe, a full service Realtor serving the Middlesex County area. The daughter of Irish immigrants, she realized a life-long connection to and affection for Ireland by establishing a retail business: Classic Creations of Ireland. The store specialized in products made exclusively in Ireland, capitalizing on many visits to that country. Both of these successful businesses were based in the heart of Milltown.

Kathleen is survived by her 7 children and their spouses: John and Suzanne Turner, Timothy and Shawn Turner, Gregory and Ann Turner, Laura Turner and Bill Damm, David and Ileana Turner, James and Mary Turner, and Christopher and Carolyn Turner. Also survived by three sisters, Marie Mooar, Alice Martins and Patricia Long and a brother, John Kehoe and 21 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be at Bronson & Guthlein Funeral Home in Milltown, NJ on Thursday, November 1, 2012 between the hours of 2:00 and 4:00 PM and 7:00 and 9:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Peace Church in North Brunswick, NJ on Friday, November 2, 2012 followed by interment in Elmwood Cemetery, New Brunswick, NJ.

In lieu of flowers or memorials, the family suggests consideration of a gift to Our Lady of Peace Church in North Brunswick, or an appropriate charity of your choice. www.bronsonand
