A funeral service was Friday, Oct. 26, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Jeffers. Burial was at St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, rural Jeffers.
Trevor Donkersloot was born July 12, 2012, to David Donkersloot and Sarah Huls in Luverne. He was welcomed home, enjoyed, and played with by his three siblings, Tyson, Tia and Tara. He was the joy of their lives.
His quick smile, laughter and beautiful red hair melted everyone's heart. Trevor felt the constant precious love of his parents and family each day of his life.
Trevor is survived by his parents, Sarah Huls and David Donkersloot, rural Storden; three siblings, Tyson, Tia and Tara, all of rural Storden; his grandparents, Janet Donkersloot and Bobby Boyd, Valley Springs, S.D., Allen and Deb Donkersloot, Brandon, S.D.; Marty Huls, Jeffers; Janiece Huls and Rod Rindfleisch, Jeffers; his great-grandparents, Ray Donkersloot, Brandon, S.D., Dave and Judy Stroh, Luverne, and Ed and Beulah Huls, Jeffers; and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by great-grandparents Alyda Donkersloot and Ervin and Marlys Piotter.
