She was born in Valier, Ill., on Sept. 23, 1934, to Albert and Mary Hart Morgan. She married Joseph L. Budde on Feb. 19, 1955, in Carbondale, Ill. He survives.
Also surviving are her children, Morgan (Gary) Pillischafske of Mount Prospect, Ill., Rex (Kathy) Budde of Herrin, Ill., Joseph (Karla) Budde Jr. of Cary, N.C., Bruce (Keri) Budde of Bartonville and John Budde of Little Rock, Ark; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; her brother, Paul (Jean) Morgan of Apple Valley, Calif.; eight nieces; and four nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Robert Ryan; and one sister, Dorothy Dooley.
She worked as the office manager in the billing department of Family Practice at Methodist Medical Center and also as office staff at the Wilton Mortuary.
She was a member of St. Mark's Catholic Church in Peoria.
Cremation rites have been accorded. There will be private family services and burial of ashes.
