JOHN LINN

Lehigh - Funeral services for John Henry Linn, 84, retired Lehigh farmer, will be held Sunday at 2:30 p.m. in Lehigh United Brethren Church. The Rev. Dale Kelly will conduct the rites, and interment will be in McGuire Bend Cemetery near Stratford with the Foster Funeral Home, Webster City, in charge. The body will be taken to the church at 11:30 a.m. Sunday.

Mr. Linn died Thursday about 2:40 p.m. at Mercy Hospital, Fort Dodge, where he had undergone surgery in the morning.
He was born at Stanberry, Mo., but had resided at Lehigh since he was about four years old. In 1902 he married Lottie Echelberger. She died last December.

Surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Philip Shafer, Mrs. Harold O'Hearn and Mrs. Thomas Timmons, all of Lehigh, Mrs. Claire Doyle of Thompson and Mrs. Eddie Engbertson of Rockton, Ill.; 13 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.

Also surviving is one brother, J. W. Linn of Lehigh.
