Blaine Mortenson Ingram, age 89, passed away April 27, 2012 at his home in Nephi, Utah surrounded by his family.

He was born April 15, 1923 in Nortonville, Utah to Moroni Smith and Mary Louise Mortenson Ingram. He married Iris Kay and later divorced. He married Luienna Nunley in 1958 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Manti Temple.

He was a member of the LDS church. He served in WWII in the Army. He worked 40 years in construction business as a Heavy Equipment Operator.

Survived by his wife, Luienna; daughters, Kaye (Verl) Wilkey of Nephi; Connie (Bud) Best of Lynndyl; sons, Steve (Pat) Ingram of Nephi; Lynn (Shannon) Ingram of Mona; Guy (Kim) of Nephi; Tom Sperry; daughter-in-law, Susan Sperry of Nephi; 21 grand children and 21 great grand children; brother, Kenneth (Phyllis) Ingram. Preceded in death by his parents; brother, Earl Ingram; sisters, Violet Mynila Brock, Bonnie Holm; sons, John William Ingram and Terry Sperry.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 2, 2012 in the Nephi North Stake Center, 1125 N 400 E. Family and friends may call Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home, 94 W 300 N and one hour prior to the services. Interment will be in the Nephi Vine Bluff Cemetery.
