Napoleon Babbie, 83, died yesterday at Champlain Valley Hospital.
He is survived by his wife, the former Nellie Senecal; three daughters, Mrs. Armand Favreau, Mrs. Albert LaBombard and Miss Helen Babbie of Champlaiin; two sons, Napoleon Jr and Cyril of Champlain; one step-son, Sgt. Norman Prairie of Loren AFB, ME; two step-daughters, Mrs. James Welch of Canton and Mrs. Ernest Bouchedr of S. Barre, CT; one brother, Joseph of West Chazy; one sister, Mrs. Saline Gload of Champlain; 22 grandchildren.
